Road reconstruction, sidewalks, accessibility improvements, flood prevention, parks and public spaces will continue to be prioritized using long-term planning that focuses on neighbourhood needs rather than short-term fixes.
As our city grows, parking needs are changing.
I will review parking standards for multi-unit developments to ensure adequate visitor parking, caregiver parking, accessible parking and space for Personal Support Workers. Better planning today prevents neighbourhood frustrations tomorrow.

Working with Niagara College, Niagara Region and community partners, I will advocate for improved transit connections between the College, Downtown Welland and surrounding neighbourhoods. Better transit supports students, local businesses, employers and residents while helping revitalize our downtown core.
